The debut Foyt Family Riesling is from the Luna Vista Vineyard in the Borden Ranch area of the Lodi appellation. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this late harvest style wine was made in a traditional style where the fermentation of the wine is stopped before all the natural grape sweetness is fermented into alcohol.
This wine offers rich aromas of mandarin and lemon rind blended with subtle notes of lychee and honey. Nectar-like, the palate is brimming with flavors of citrus and pear. The intense fruit sweetness is offset by crisp natural acidity.
Enjoy as an aperitif with smoked salmon, sushi or oysters; or as an after dinner accompaniment with dessert.

His story serves as a testament to all of us to never give up on our dreams no matter what our age is.
